Why should I upgrade to premium plans?
Our premium plans, Maker and Creative Pro, offer monthly credits for creating high-resolution 3D meshes; fast dedicated servers; the full suite of creative workflows; early access to new features roadmap and privacy controls (Creative Pro only).
You can learn more about the plans here.
Who owns the generated content?
Content generated on our Tinkerer and Maker plans is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

How do I improve the quality of my Image to 3D generations?
Here are a few tips to generate high-quality meshes:
Upload high-resolution images where the object is clearly displayed.
When uploading an image with multiple objects in the foreground or if the subject of your image has thin structures, use our Manual Segmentation tool to ensure the desired object and details are preserved in the final 3D mesh.
Our creativity slider dictates how much your final mesh will deviate from your input image. For meshes that are highly aligned to your image, set the creativity slider to High. However, if you are okay with deviation (form/style) then higher creativity can produce sharper textures.
✅ Input images that work well
Subject is in T-pose
Subject/Object is clearly visible, has fewer parts, and is properly isolated
What’s the difference between slow and fast refine?
Our new fast refine pipeline generates meshes with high-frequency details in ~2 minutes! It can also produce much sharper geometry compared to our slow refine pipeline. Our current fast refine pipeline does not produce textures, but stay tuned to more updates related to fast texturing.
If you are not satisfied with the alignment or quality of your fast refine or you required a textured mesh, try out our classic slow refine pipeline which runs in ~1.5 hours, but has more customizable settings.
Currently fast refines cost 1 credit while slow refines cost 6 credits.
How do I get a refund?
As a company policy, we don’t offer refunds but you can go ahead and cancel your premium plan (via Profile). You can still access it until the renewal date, after which you will be reverted back to the Tinkerer plan.
