How do I improve the quality of my Image to 3D generations?
Here are a few tips to generate high-quality meshes:
Upload high-resolution images where the object is clearly displayed.
When uploading an image with multiple objects in the foreground or if the subject of your image has thin structures, use our Manual Segmentation tool to ensure the desired object and details are preserved in the final 3D mesh.
Our creativity slider dictates how much your final mesh will deviate from your input image. For meshes that are highly aligned to your image, set the creativity slider to High. However, if you are okay with deviation (form/style) then higher creativity can produce sharper textures.

How do I get a refund?
As a company policy, we don’t offer refunds but you can cancel your subscription (via Profile > Plan & Billing > Your Plan > Cancel Plan button). You can still access it until the renewal date, after which you will be reverted back to the Tinkerer plan.
